does that sound weird? cos it really wasn't. it was delicious! and super simple which is probably the best part! i took a whole wheat pita and sprinkled it with some cinnamon and ginger and a little brown sugar, followed by a few tablespoons for milk chocolate chips (i'm sure your could used semi sweet, but i like the sweetness...), add some fresh berries (i used blue berries, raspberries and sliced strawberries), sprinkle on some unsweatened coconut flakes, and drizzle some melted peanut butter (i melted it to have equal distribution...!) Bake it at 350 until the chocolate melts and the pita is crispy! Enjoy!
