lemon tree, very pretty!

i'm very excited! my lemons are starting to look like lemons. that is to say, they're turning yellow! i was starting to get nervous about them...afraid i had inadvertently purchased a lime tree! now the question is: what to do with the lemons? i might make a pie once they're all ripe...maybe i'll candy them or something crazy like that! i bet martha stewart would have some insight on this subject...
